What Ayurveda is, and what it isn't
- A traditional Indian system of knowledge about living well
- Focused on daily routine, food, sleep, the seasons and balance
- Personal: what suits you may differ from what suits someone else
- Something you practise, in small ways, every day
- A replacement for your doctor or for medical treatment
- A quick fix, a crash cleanse or a miracle cure
- One plan for everyone
- Something you need to change your whole life for

Old ideas, simply explained
Ayurveda is easier to live by once you understand a few of its ideas. Start here.
Your daily routine: the times you wake, eat, work and rest.
Adjusting how you eat and live as the seasons change.
Food: what you eat, and also when and how you eat it.
Sleep, one of the three pillars of health in Ayurveda.
A warm oil self-massage, often used to wind down.

- About me
I help individuals restore balance in their everyday lives through personalised guidance on nutrition, daily routines, sleep and overall well-being. My approach incorporates Prakriti (individual Ayurvedic constitution) assessment to understand each person's unique physical and lifestyle needs and provide guidance tailored to their natural constitution, while working alongside their existing medical care.
My clinical experience includes supporting individuals dealing with infertility, PCOD, migraines, joint pain, gastritis, ulcers, IBS, sleep disturbances, anxiety, low mood, high blood pressure, diabetes, fatty liver, and anorectal conditions such as piles, fissures and haemorrhoids.
My approach focuses on understanding each individual's needs through personalised assessment, including Prakriti analysis, and helping them develop sustainable lifestyle habits that support better health, improved comfort and long-term well-being.
