Becoming a parent changes everything. You don't have to do it alone.
Pregnancy and the first months with a baby bring joy, and also worry, exhaustion and feelings no one warned you about. We support mothers, fathers and families through pregnancy, after birth and in the newborn months.

The challenges many parents face, and rarely talk about
- Anxiety about the pregnancy or the birth
- Low mood, tearfulness or mood swings
- Fear after a previous loss or difficult birth
- Stress of balancing work, health and family
- Changes in your relationship
- Trouble sleeping or switching off
- Baby blues that don't lift after two weeks
- Postpartum depression or anxiety
- Constant worry or frightening thoughts
- Feeling disconnected from your baby
- A difficult or traumatic birth
- Losing your sense of who you are
- Bonding and attachment worries
- Overwhelm with crying, feeding and sleep
- Exhaustion and little support at home
- Adjusting as a couple and as a family
- A baby who needed NICU care
- Returning to work
Fathers and partners struggle too. They're welcome here, together or on their own.
- A free 10–15 minute consultation, online or in person
- A plan made around your pregnancy or your baby's routine
- Video sessions when leaving home is hard

- About me
I work with individuals and families across every stage of life, from pregnancy and early childhood to adolescence and adulthood. My approach focuses on understanding each person's unique needs and providing compassionate, personalised support.
I specialise in screening and assessing children for autism, ADHD and developmental delays, followed by appropriate interventions such as behaviour therapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy. I also provide parent counselling, adolescent and adult counselling, and group therapy.
My aim is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals and families can navigate challenges, build emotional well-being and develop the skills needed for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
If you ever have thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, please call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or emergency services on 112 straight away.
