Is it really free?
Yes. Your first 10–15 minute psychology consultation costs nothing, and you're under no obligation to continue.
Do I need a referral or a diagnosis?
No. Many people come to us with a worry, not a label. We'll help you understand what you're seeing and what, if anything, to do next.
Who do you see?
Expecting and new parents, children aged 1 to 11, teens and young adults aged 12 to 25, adults and couples.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Consultations and most sessions can be online or in person. Child assessments are usually best in person.
Do you give herbal medicines to children?
No. Ayurveda at GoZovia is lifestyle support: routines, sleep, food habits and wellbeing. A child's care is always led by a qualified psychologist.
Can Ayurveda cure autism or ADHD?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who says it can. What steady routines can do is make daily life calmer for the whole family, which helps everything else work better.
How long will support take?
It depends on you or your child. We set clear goals together and review progress every six weeks, so you always know where things stand.
Do you work with schools, doctors and other therapists?
Yes, with your permission. We refer to speech therapists, occupational therapists, paediatricians and psychiatrists when needed.
How much do sessions cost?
The first psychology consultation is free. Assessment and session fees are shared after we understand your needs, so you only pay for what actually helps. Ayurveda consultations start from ₹500.
When can I book?
At a time that suits you. Tell us what works when you book and we'll find a slot.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least 24–48 hours before your session and we'll move it for you. If you cancel with less notice, 10% of the booking amount is charged.
How do you keep my information private?
We collect only what we need to care for you, store it securely and never share it without your written consent.
