Teens, 12–17

Growing up under pressure

  1. Exam stress and academic pressure
  2. Peer pressure
  3. Bullying, online or offline
  4. Screen time and gaming
  5. Low mood and anxiety
  6. Anger and irritability
  7. Body image
  8. Self-esteem and identity
  9. Conflict with parents
  10. School refusal

For teens under 18, a parent or guardian joins the first conversation. After that, sessions are a private space for your teen, and we agree together what is shared.

About me

I work with individuals and families across every stage of life, from pregnancy and early childhood to adolescence and adulthood. My approach focuses on understanding each person's unique needs and providing compassionate, personalised support.

I specialise in screening and assessing children for autism, ADHD and developmental delays, followed by appropriate interventions such as behaviour therapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy. I also provide parent counselling, adolescent and adult counselling, and group therapy.

My aim is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals and families can navigate challenges, build emotional well-being and develop the skills needed for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
